Sure it does. It's Rhombus G

I said that the logo reminded me of the Square D logo which I'm familiar with due to countless trips to the Home Depot electrical supplies aisle.

Square D logo: Block letter D with a yellow background inside square with a heavy black outline.

Guard Lite, AKA "Rhombus G" logo: Block letter G with a light green background inside a square with a medium black outline, then rotated 45 degrees counter clockwise.

It looks derivative to me.
