Thanks JD, Re: v-Wave.......................

It will be interesting to see if the v-Wave responds to last week's
movement in the markets, too. I've always felt that the Value Line data
trailed "real time" markets by a week with the electronic version and two
weeks in the paper version.

Of the four market risk components I monitor three remain bullish this week
with one neutral. The v-Wave remains more conservative than these other
measures.
