nodummy - I would certainly agree that 'FINRA and the SEC will try to tuck this whole thing under the rug and if possible avoid it getting any media attention or any attention what so ever. They'll just hope everybody forgets it ever happened since they look like the biggest idiots in this whole mess.'

My question is what happens if the civil case filed by COR in Nebraska goes to trial in US District Court. COR as the plaintiff that is out significant money will likely mention that blame can be assigned here to multiple parties, and the defendant CRGP has already stipulated in an email that COR is not to blame and the company is in discussions with the DTCC while assigning blame to FINRA. Might the judge request that the DTCC, FINRA and possibly the SEC appear in court to address the multiple issues at stake? I would assume that those entities would be less than eager to make such an appearance.

And what is up with CRGP's TA Jason Bogutski? He seems to have involved himself in a number of rather interesting maneuvers in his role with various penny stocks. Is there any record of civil procedures having been brought against him over the last 6 years or so?
