No, it appears that the genius told someone that studentdisconnect is doing some unverifiable business in a foreign country. We have heard this story multiple times before, and every time it has turned out to be untrue. It seems that whenever the genius cannot move his worthless paper a giant deal miraculously appears somewhere in the world where no one can independently verify the deal. Remember the China deal? Russia? Kenya? Nigeria? ad infinitum. When the genius pays his past due business license then, maybe, just maybe something is happening.
