EDWY penny stock must have had a magical power to create 40 million dollars out of thin air when it had no revenue and only generated 300K debt, per filing, over all those years of struggling to survive. Gary didn't even collect any money for years and that is in the filings!

What is even more intriguing to me is the fact that Kimmons have been renting all those years. He has not purchased a house and this can be easily looked into.

I wonder why he didn't want to spend a few hundred thousands of those 40 million dollars that he "pocketed" to buy a humble home and stop renting!
