It is indeed about 7 weeks since we were told of advanced
discussions with multiple, energy - focused banks/ partners
for the M & A projects

We were told that the lucky candidate would be selected
'in the near term'....presumably that means a decision was
already pretty imminent on July 20 when the Press Release
was published..

and presumably that PR was not inaccurate in
any way...

so where or who or why has the arthritis struck the signing
procedure ?

what could the problem be and why say anything at a specific
time unless you are NOT guessing at an outcome..

Perhaps Mr Morakis will have some kind of specific
answer....
