Agreed Tpsully......but





Focussing only on the present should be easy
in business matters...and our CEO's use of language
encourages that focus..up to a point..
via never being able to say very much..ie via tantalising glimpses
of the future



but if you say, ' oh yes, we have so many choices of
investment banks/ partners to choose from ..so stand by
for developments', well, one of those banks should be chosen
pretty damn soon afterwards...within..a month ..maximum ?

otherwise - why say anything at a specific time ?

The CEO cannot afford to offend the banks, presumably, and has to be
generally accurate..But why does even this side of things have to be
as difficult/complex as the engineering etc ? What can effect a bank that has, apparently, already decided to commit to QSEP ?

a month is a long time for many investors ..so how to
avoid using the kind of language in PR's that ressembles that found
in hymns ? IN which God is always in the eternal present and also
the eternal future..

Not that the CEO has a lot of choice
if he is obliged to say Something/anything

Who is wanting to be vague about the time-scale ? The banks ?

What or who is best served by this tantalising kind of publicity ?
