When I read that line, I immediatly thought of Catherine Evans, and this comment you posted on Aug 5, 2015, one month ago:

I did find issuance for Catherine Evans for 90 million shares. This stems from legal work owed from a note with Frank Pringle dated October 8, 2013. I'm in contact with her now trying to work this out. They converted directly thru the TA on the 23rd.


Now perhaps Evans wasn't a colleague in the strictest sense, in that she was probably more of a consultant or contractor and contracted under past CEO Pringle, but let's not let a little nitpicking obscure Fenian's point that Evans' convertible note was unknown to you, and other little "surprises" just keep popping up.
