Technically, but they have to give a notice of default, which does nobody any good! We would all know about it if one was issued as it would have to be announced! But they haven't!

The Company has a legitimate reason why they are late on the filings, and that was to upgrade their Auditing Firm which I applaud them for.

Do you have an idea of who is painting the close down!

It is obvious distracting others here away from the real story and that is who is purposely holding the close down,someone's agenda.
