Yes, it is unjust enrichment. Just because you made a silly mistake and wasted the dividend on the company stock does not change your liability to COR.

If doesn't matter if you burned the money. You received it unjustly and it can be clawed back. What you did with it is of zero relevance. You got something you were nott legally entitled to and you owe it back.

If you want to sue Adam Carter or CRGP, fine, butt the money is owed to COR.

As between you and COR, you were unjustly enriched by unlawfully getting COR assets (munny) and you owe that back to COR.

They could not care less what you then did with the cash. Burn it, buy CRGP stock, or spend it on hookers and blow.

It is unjust enrichment by unlawfully obtained COR munny and it is owed back to COR.
