I would hope he would be getting a better deal than the CD holders as i think rightly or wrongly he is actually genuine about helping the company. He probably just foolishly believed everything he read in the filings the same as the rest of us.

Considering that they are buying their shares for .00005, he should of been getting close to a Billion shares for his contribution.
