Yes that was the 18th of August I'd be interested to see what it is now.

There was 1,290,300,388 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of August 18, 2015. I assume this has only increased by 34,131,784 shares due to Eastern ?

If it is beyond that then there is serious questions to answer.
