The SEC can't shut down a company unless it is proven without a doubt it is a scam, and even then I'm sure its an up hill battle. The bottom line is this, we don't have full proof that this is a scam, it just seems like it on the surface due to all the broken promises and a big ugly criminal named Mario Pino...
How about you explain to us why you feel that PYCT is not a scam? What has PYCT done for you that can be merited as a worthy stock to invest in?
