Eli will correct me if I am wrong but you can make changes right up to game time. What I like about Draft Kings is that you can make changes for any games that hasn't started yet. With Fanduel the picks are locked as soon as the first game starts so you take a chance that someone on a West Coast team may not be in the starting lineup.
