once again 2billion is the A/S not the operating shares there is a HUGE difference between those two numbers

example SLTD has 200,000,000 a/s but only 18,000,000 o/s and 13,000,000 float

just because the A/S is 2 billion does not mean thats how many shares have been issued i have yet to see anyone show me anything that shows more than 900 million shares as O/S
