I asked the gentleman i spoke to if i could share this information and he said this all was public information. :)

So i just got a return call back from jpm invester relations about my questions on the r203. He started by saying jpm bought the entire bank etc etc.

So i then explained off balance sheet and sent him a email with this green text as i was on the phone with him.

So then he did say these mortgages r203 are not jpm and the fdicr is holding them. (I am 90% sure he did say the R at the end of fdic)

He told me to refer to pg 300 http://investor.shareholder.com/jpmorganchase/secfiling.cfm?filingID=19617-15-272

in my opinion = My take on the conversation is jpm is trying to get the r203 MORTGAGES and are in a fight with the fdicr.
