I believe its chumming the water or chumming the hole, almost like a string of meaningless PR's, hyping the situation with know real substance...Thanks for the knowledge radman. I guess with this one the price will rise as the proof appears....If all that has been said is accomplished we may have a better than 50/50 chance for appreciation....If not....well.....guess we tried....
