They look like they have no choice but to continue to over produce. Fortunately, for them
they have over a trillion dollars in reserves, so they have the luxury to continue the course
in order drive out a significant amount of the competition. Not to mention the issue of
Iran's oil will inevitably try to take a portion of the market share. It was impressive how
fast the market wants to rebound because of the desperation of so many oil suppliers,
but it looks like it may be a while before there is any sustained recovery.
