Last year I sat next to a young lady on an international flight who worked for a large European pharma who did audits of patient records of those who were enrolled in their clinical trials. She was an employee of the pharma. I asked if she could actually see details of patients in blinded trials. She smiled and said yes (because she sensed that I was a bit surprised).
