Some German sites already resumed active recruiting as of August 31, 2015 changes (see clinical trials.gov), no screening protocol changes currently listed in clinicaltrials.gov.

IMHO. Logic dictates screening suspension not related as a safety issue to documents reportedly to be filed sometime in the next few days. --- Flipper 44

The ONLY thing that was HALTED was the screening.
So the recruiting and enrollment of the trial were never affected, correct?

So then to state that German sites are resuming active recruiting makes no sense (since recruiting was never affected).
The EU-German trial site still shows temporary halt.
If NWBO were to have the screening halt lifted, they would immediately make this public info.
I do not believe the revision of status of german trial sites on the clinicaltrials.gov website has any significance.
What documents NWBO is preparing to submit for regulatory review is still anyone's guess.
It is positive that NWBO indicated that some are trying to turn a good thing into bad ... seems to bode well.
