So something was released the next day!

Not by FINRA. By Benzinga. And that was actually a correction to its own earlier article, from the day RIVT rose thousands of percentage points. That was in large part Benzinga's fault; it got the story wrong and didn't retract until the following day.

AND it just did it again with another penny stock.
