Inquiring minds want to know why the delay is so long (60 days)..Well you said it. "This kind of compromise might take awhile." Why would Amarin let them kick this can down the road 60 days if the FDA was not offering them something juicy. If they were just blowing smoke up Amarin's butt, Amarin's bulldog lawyers would have told them..."No Deal trial begins in two weeks"

Everybody worried about FDA having to change their opinion. Anybody here remember the reasoning behind the SPA decision..pure BS. All FDA has to say is now we have more "new Science" and we're granting the SPA..hav a nice day"
