Everyone is right I think. The next trial is phase 2/3, so yes it is a phase 2b trial, and yes it is a phase 3 trial. My understanding is that the 300 or so patients who complete phase 2b will continue on into phase 3, with their 2b treatment counting as part of the larger phase 3 trial, too.
