Norat knew we were possible going to no bid, he could have just increased the a/s and diluted this thing from .0007 but he did not so he is either stupid or he has got something that needs to be waited on. I vote for the 3rd option; wtf does it matter, we are stuck here until he makes his move, then peeps can say they knew or did not know, ha ha
