Why would anyone expect the stock to jump for NEAH on that news? NEAH is the underlying tech so unless people already know about NEAH and the partnership between them and Techtonica then no one would put two and two together. But the stock did make a jump bigger than I have seen recently. Probably only from those who know of the partnership. But since its just a test sort to say with the FireStorm integration of the BANTAM system then I wouldnt expect much to happen anyways.
