I'll Take the question,.

1. Yes, but the risk is much less than a year ago. As for retirement funding, I would consider it inappropriate for a large part of your retirement fund, but not so for a small percentage.

2. Postive direction? certainly proven reserves the most important. But, intermediate steps to that would be postive. (drilling schedules, like that)

3. yes, the reward is not going to be there with eXXon
