He might as well have said "never". But I find him amazing. When he writes--messages like these, or court filings--he sounds quite lucid. Completely nuts, but lucid. And that is really scary. I was SO sorry that the Supreme Court didn't grant cert when he filed his petition. If they'd been willing to hear the case, I'd have gone to D.C. for the hearing. it would have been priceless, I'm sure.
