No, it's not. What you posted dated 9/24/2013 is a Motion to Stay. That is a temporary hold on proceedings. In civil matters it's often used to preserve the statute of limitations or provide incentive for settlement among other various reasons.

You posted a motion dated 9/24/2013 and claimed it closed. The CFGX financial statements dated September 30, 2014 state:

In response to the Company’s position, in April 2014, Benefits for Corporate America, Inc., and others filed a lawsuit against the Company, a subsidiary, and Paul Norat, the Company’s president and chief executive officer

That's well after you state this is as "case closed" and "case is as dead as is gets".
