CFGX/Gold Remedy/Goldilocks Mine SCAM.

On June 23, 2014, Norat released the technical report which he represented on July 30, 2014 as a " ten-year stream of gold ore concentrates". A copy of that technical report can be found here.

On February 20, 2015, Norat posted to their website an exchange of gold that supposedly took place at his office. The images of that exchange have since been removed from their site but pictures of gold vials remain here.

February 27, 2015 is when the "I dunno" and "Not my problem" excuses began and Norat started giving different Mine ID's and Mine names which was irrelevant since his own PR and technical reports say it came from the Gold Remedy Mine.

Again irrelevant, but since he brought up other mines, let's look at those for a moment.

Note that the image Norat presents on his site is dated 12/3/2014 and the status is listed as "New Mine". On 12/4/2014, the very next day, someone chose to abandon that mine.

Note that the image Norat presents on his site is dated 8/13/2014 and the status is listed as "Temporarily Idled". On 8/14/2014, again the very next day, the status was changed to "Intermittent". Look that up here too.

These status dates go by the dates filed and not when entered as some have tried to excuse. It's a government agency and is often delayed but the status date represents the date presented and filed. In this instance, Norat chose to present screen shots of dates and status' that he felt looked better than "Abandoned" or "Intermittent".

This could only have been done intentionally and if not, more than enough time has passed to make those corrections. Most can figure out why he would do that, but again, it's irrelevant since it's not the Gold Remedy Mine where his own technical reports claim to be the source of the 10 year stream of gold concentrates.

Finding information on the Gold Remedy Mine should have been easier since the CEO is so "open and honest". It was difficult, but I finally found it. Before I go into details let's review some dates again:

All mines are required to apply for an MSHA mine identification number. An MSHA ID is required for each mine site and must be issued before any operations may begin.

Again, other Mine ID's, names, and locations are irrelevant. This is the mine and location he sold to shareholders. This is the location he locked himself into. 9/30/2013 well precedes the dates Norat began selling the Gold Remedy Mine as his 10 year stream of gold concentrates. Years have passed and they have yet to file the first step in production which is a change of mine status.

Which means 1 of 2 things is going on:
1. The mine is operated illegally
2. The mine is not being mined at all and it's a lie.

Neither look good for shareholders.

What I've presented to you here today are verifiable facts and not transparent pumps like "News next week!" or "About to explode!". I've provided many links to the CFGX site and MSHA and USGS databases to back up each and every statement made as fact. There is no mining or mineral agency which supercedes the USGS and MSHA databases.
