Agreed. It was the shares being converted in the middle of all this that needs to be straightened out. I really don't think there was an intentional attempt to commit fraud here. Seems to me like everyone wasn't on the same page. I see no issue with the company buying them back either since this note could very well have been the reason for the buyback to begin with. Pretty sure it will get figured out in a reasonable time frame.
