Having a hard time making sense out of this. A R/S of stock does not change the value of your holdings nor of Koos'. The exercise of a stock split or a stock reverse split does not make income for anyone, it just changes the share structure and the price the stock trades at.

oh sure why da heck not another RS why not do a 2000 to 1 this time that way koos gets all his shares back say 300,000,000 this time and I'm left with 5 and stock starts trading at $5, hech yeah i make $25 bucks and koos made $-------------------------- you just can't beat deal like that not in a million years, i really don't understand for the life of me all companys don't treat all common investors this way hmm
