Yes. The MM'S seem to keep this @.0033, usually with a last second trade. News from CBAI will break the pattern. I am looking for some news mid to late September, only on the premise usually a company announces something at or near a quarter end. Red Oak is not sitting on their hands and I am sure they are working on something.
