contact Anotheronedown. He is pre-BK as well. Lost about $150,000 I believe. He will tell you what to do... He has been putting together support for an EC that has court representation. Sending an email to the UST is not going to do much. You have to send things into the court.


I was the first person to say we might not need an Equity Committee (posts 15599 and 15608). I now believe one should be formed. I also believe if you are afraid of RG forming one, make sure someone else does it first.
