Dan seem to be moving in the right direction.

Continue to build and expand the business.

Reduce the O/S in an ongoing manor with specific
goals in mind (ie under 60B (current Goal)).

Regarding transparency....

Release financials for all to see(period ending 12/31/2005), and use them as required to move to a higher exchange.

And as always keep the O/S and A/S published for all to see.
