Preposterous. I suggest you read the complaint. It is not about shorting, not by any stretch of the imagination.

Nor was FINRA's halt about shorting. It was about the issues raised in the lawsuit. That doesn't necessarily mean FINRA agrees with all of COR's allegations. But it does mean they see a big problem here. Big enough to prompt them to halt very, very quickly.
