I see this case coming out in CRGP's favor.

I don't. CRGP issued a boatload of shares with the apparent intention of profiting by repurchasing them and pocketing the dividend.

It did not inform anyone of those stock issuances. All of that could be seen as manipulation. CRGP says it was a "glitch". I can't imagine what kind of glitch makes a company issue hundreds of millions of shares.
