The huge assumption you are making is that pphm can successfully ramp their organization to achieve those 100% sales. That is an extremely difficult thing to do for any small company, in any industry, but particularly difficult for biotech. pphm does not have the experience, leadership nor corporate governance to manage this. Going it alone would be a terrible idea for shareholders.
