What should be of concern, from a bottom line view point, is what is the impediment (and it certainly has to be a single issue) to the inability to close deals, whether it be through Hauck, manufacturers agents (we have more than enough already onboard to make an impact) or through the marketing efforts of our two moldmakers.

There is a stumbling block. It has not been identified. And the focus has not been applied to addressing it to the extent that we have production orders waiting to be made.

As far as I can see, the impediments which I see are:

1) the end user (parts buyer) has a lot more experience in their area of operations than the younguns at RSM can relate to and the customers are astonished at the naivete of our staff. The RSM team has not come to grips with the economics of successful companies which don't have a penchant to throw good money after unproven technologies. RSM simply hasn't made the case for changing from the status quo of so many companies thriving on existing technologies.

2) I suspect that with this lack of expertise, RSM management has made the wrong choices for its niche markets. I mean, when after 5 years you only have Miltner Adams as a customer and the Company has just removed them from the Company Website, you gotta wonder how this shows committment to a customer. Pretty dumb move, no matter what the reason, but you will keep up the blogs on all the stupid things like chess sets. There still is a failure at the very top of management.

3) The fact that the separation of Salas was WELL KNOWN in ADVANCE and the Company has not SIMULTANEOUSLY announced a NEW DIRECTOR and new officer for CEO of CRUCIBLE further solidifies the confusion at the very top levels of the company.

That's it.

The Company management makes me PUKE.

We are now well into our 6th year of Steipp's management (remember he was a consultant since LATE 2009) and we have NOTHING to show for it on the balance sheet except MASSIVE HEMMORHAGING of the SHAREHOLDERS ESSENCE.

There is no point in agreeing with you, since we would then both be wrong.
