Not exactly true that. The SEC almost never acts fast enough to shut down scams like ntgl and ntek, BUT, it does take time. Be aware, that both of these scams are not SEC filers ...

and has been hiding since 2000, 15 YEARS from the public eye and from the SEC. Thus if ntgl or any of it's previous inventions has been served a Wells Notice or letters from finra, ntgl does NOT have to make that public.
The ongoing investigation will be revealed in due time. The principal is already in prison for fraud and the rest of his posse won't be far behind.
When this goes down hard, and it will soon, even the promoters will be buried with it. Can't wait.
