Why doesn't he just sell shares to fund the repurchase of the note ?
The conversions will get all the way down to .00006 once the pps closes at .0001. if the company even sold shares at .0004 its many times better.
They should of been releasing more PR's. Then they could of sold at .0008 and we would hardly of noticed the 50 million shares required and the note finished. Been stuck near .0001 is self perpetuating by the company. They don't appear to want to break out of the low .000's for some reason.
If that note converts in the low zeros there is absolutely nobody to blame but the company!. At that stage you have to suspect that the company wants it to convert at these low prices.
