Very possible with the announcement of the Texas location opening and probably much higher if this new CEO isn't all bs. One more location being built in Colorado and in a clarion hotel with the possibility of 11 more locations, now if these are all corporate owned this could be Penny's or more but that also depends on how fast they open. This stock has burned a lot of people and way too many broken promises in the past. Time will tell and it won't happen overnight, this is mho.
