That brings up important question. Who initiated the halt. Is it company who asked for it.I happened to own SLXP and company initiated several halts for short sells but it was on NASDAQ. I don't know if it is possible in OTC though. But the bigger point is if SEC had any issues with company it would have suspended trading stock rather than halting it but that doesn't seems to be the case.
