You may have said that in your post, but there have been multiple posters that have claimed in the past that St. Louis or someone from company had stated those shares would not be part of a buyout, so just setting the record straight.

Personally, I still believe that if that phantom buyout were actually coming, commons would be R/S'd into oblivion prior to the event, leaving St. Louis with a much large percentage of the overall pie. Right now he is getting too close to 50% to let one go through without action.
