Surely you jest. Stock buybacks occur when a company makes profits.
At this stage, according to the most recent financials, the CEO has taken a charge over the whole box and dice because there is not enough money to pay her. Let alone stock buybacks!!That is a reason why the next 10Q will be of interest...were any of the loan funds used to make up back director's salary. It will be easy to see.
Shareholders should scrutinize the next 10Q with a fine tooth-comb.
