if they were to convert I'd imagine it will look a lot like last month - the whole nut in 1-2 days. If we can't buy it back, then I believe that's what we're looking at - few days and then clear skies.



Brian your post above and your post below do not correlate. Surely if you have a right to pay it back then there will be no possibility at all of them converting that note ??? and there won't be another few hundred million shares dumped on your shareholders heads bringing this back to .0001. I assume your TA has already been instructed to not accept any conversions ?

I can say that I am doing/ will be doing everything I legally can to help that situation.

BTW, it is our RIGHT to pay off that note. They can NOT refuse. This is not like the older notes that were past their conversion dates when I took over and I was at their mercy.
