IMO, to reach 400m annual recurring base as affirmed numerous times by uncle bill and CFO, uncle bill and the licensing team will need to work overtime to reach 4th q recurring base of $120m

1st q: 110
2nd Q: 91.2
3rd Q: 80
4th Q: 120

Hopefully it is not another empty uncle bill promises, such as $1 per phone, smart access manager potential, and 800m in 3 to 5 years.

BTW, we are still waiting to see new licensing agreements this year..what happens to the full pipeline and why there are no new agreements for almost 2 years. AMHO
