Sweratel Announces the Termination of Agreement with Pure Mobility International Inc., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Eagle Oil Holding Company, Inc.
Jönköping, Sweden – 2015-08-11, Sweratel announces that it has terminated its Value Added Agreement (VAD) with Pure Mobility International Inc., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Eagle Oil Holding Company, Inc.

The termination of the VAD agreement is entered into as of July 01, 2015 (“the Effective Date”), due to Pure Mobility International Inc. failed to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement.
