Why is it that no one thinks about SLTD paying Panasonic some form of compensation for access to or adjustment for using some part or parts of their useless and unused patent application? Why would JN hire a patent attorney to guide through a useless patent attempt. The attorney, one of the best, would have already advised that there was no chance of success. Fundamentally this 3D is much different from Panasonic's. But that doesn't mean a smart business man is not going to cover all bases. Invite them in partner with them.

The panasonic patent is NOT AN ISSUE. Every one has a tenuous link to Panasonic, yet you can find no activities that indicate Panasonic is even interested in protecting thier so called patent.

Have a great day and get over it. There is nothing there but hot air. Good for balloons but little else.
