And who decides what is material? Is there an Amex rep there while this is happening....do they run it by them before the edited verision can be released.....Esyn, that makes no sense to me at all. Everything that happens at a shareholders meeting is to be made public for the shareholders, not just what someone thinks is material. Besides, one would think that everything said and done at the meeting is material or it shouldn't even be brought up, every last mundane piece of bull crap discussed should be made available to the shareholders. I'll decide what I think is material. Apple for example, was protested by environmentalists concerned about recycling. Well what if someone doesn't care if computer monitors are recycled or not, should that part of the meeting be omitted because Steve Jobs doesn't care about recycling, No... it was emabarrassing to Apple but they still had to broadcast it to the shareholders.
