My question is - if this Company Asset is "World Class" and has such a valuable base, as some have suggested, why is this Sarissa Group not a Member of the Organization exclusively organized and structured to serve the needs and interests of the Niobium Industry?

The needs and interests of our niobium company is raising funds. How exactly does paying membership dues to be a in a group of potential competition help reach that goal? The company has limited funds, manpower and time. The company could waste time and money pursuing all sorts of meaningless associations but instead have focused on what is actually needed. There may be some value to being a member in the future but that is for the future.
